Haven't warmed up to Henrys--maybe if they were priced a little better-- I'd consider one
Only 2 lever guns here--a Browning BL22 and a Ruglin 1894 .44mag
I have a 629 Deluxe 3in---that's actually easy to carry but a little on the heavy side----traded out the wood for no finger groove Hogues
I haven't seen a Redhawk (not super) in the flesh in years, otherwise I might be tempted. It would have to be a 5in model.
I also bought one a while back and have yet to shoot it----between 6-7 day work weeks --motorcycle and travel in the summer and the girlfriend ---- I just get pretty busy---I'll get around to it sometime----maybe soon now that I'm thinking about it---have 3 days off coming up next week but will...
I bought the .44 a few months ago but could see myself getting a .357 version sooner or later. I have revolvers in both calibers so either is a good fit.
Bought mine in 2009-10ish?? for $499 long before the huge price jump---its a stainless/synthetic .30-06.
Accuracy is ok---not bad not exceptional---but ok-----I really haven't shot it much because it's a big heavy rifle and much prefer my Browning X-bolt.
I keep the Ruger for the really nasty...
5 with grandpa's old Winchester .22 at a jackrabbit in west Texas----10 for shotgun--was a 12ga cheap Spanish SxS that whopped my should pretty good at a squirrel
And yes, I got them both
Have the LCP Max and Glock 42---they are ok but I'm still looking for something better---so will probably get the Smith too
Had the original LCP but couldn't stand the trigger on such a small gun--and it was quickly ditched-------also had a Colt Govt .380 but the single action and weight didn't...
I'll probably pick one up eventually--after the bugs have been exposed and the price settled down.
I can shoot Glocks just fine but don't really care for the hump. So have already have added M&Ps and APXs in search of a better fit.
Not sure what all the fuss is about--Ruger and just about...
I have extra money but there's nothing out there that interests me or that I don't already have one (or two) of----also looking for a new truck but I'm in no hurry and the manufacturers haven't come to their senses on pricing----there's no way I'm paying over 50k for a new vehicle if even that...
I have a 3in 629 Deluxe--replaced the wood grips with non finger groove rubber Hogues which are much more comfortable-----recently added a Ruger/Marlin 1894 to go with it.
Actually conceals pretty easily but on the heavy side.
Have a 4in GP100 and 6in 686+.
For me, while the 686 is more refined, I just prefer the mechanism of the GP100----no intention of selling either so I don't know
Paid full price for the GP100 and changed the grips to the old style with the wood inlay --and changed the front sight to a green...
Will be trading off a few of my cheapies for a more usable rifle---have been slowly but surely stocking ammo and mags for the last year or two.
Even if the orange man wins, the communists will probably riot---so stocking up for either outcome would be a good idea.
