The Lee trimmer is the least expensive and will work . I own one for everything I reload. I also have an old Redding 13K and a Lyman Accutrimmer....

57 grains of IMR 4350 is a great place to start with any 165 grain range bullet and 30-06. I've never had one that wouldn't perform well with that...
