the Us Army Snipers have recorded certified hits at 1450 Yards with a 308. Im pretty sure all US military sniper teams will not benefit or want to use a sniper flash card system. Ill point this page out to the boyz over on SnipersHide and see how they react. it should be fairly entertaining.
you can buy rifles as a resident from any state (Assuming the rifle ur buying is legal in your home state).. handguns only require Florida resident. There is no 3 day wait on rifles or shotguns, CCW or not. The guy is a moron.. dont go there and spread the work.. I dont like bad business...
gutmacher is dead wrong on this one, I don't care what the statute he points out says. I have asked the FDLE on several occasions and always get the same answer.. Purchasing a gun has nothing to do when the background check is called in. IT has to do when $$$ changes hands.
I would say it may depend on what state u live in, and weather the prosecutor wants to be a rising star, or knows a good shoot when he sees it.. too many variables to estimate..anything can happen..Just carry what you know will work and makes you safe.. thats the end result were looking for.
don't get me wrong, i like him and have been listening to him for a long time(Since Tampa Bay days) and am one of the original Insiders.
Anyone can be right about things if you just say enough things, one is going to happen eventually(IE: Nostradamus) .. In my opinion he is a tin foil hat type...
Except that he is very negative and just focuses on problems and offers no solutions, he is alright.. a few years back it was Terri Schiavo now its the "its all over, economy is dying" fear mongering that drives me crazy.. Rush comes on right after him and i feel better in 2 min..lol.
All you guys are 100% wrong on when the clock starts in Florida. IT starts from the time the money changes hands. NOT by dates forms are filled out or Background checks are done. Do any of you guys even live here??.. lol
its just bad business and that's all.. these FFL's are greedy, and want you to buy from their store stock instead of buying used online.. that all there is to it. There is no legal/moral reason not to, and there is no liability to the FFL to receive guns from private people...
Ill bet the same...
She hit it out of the ballpark.. she said the laws would not effect those that already ignore the laws and that these laws only effect Law abiding citizens...She answered it right.
I don't worry over it.. its like being a liquor store owner and not selling alcohol to anyone cause they might drive drunk.
I send my FFL to private individuals if I'm getting a firearm in from them, and will do transfers from anyone. The rest is just marketing BS and dealers being...
