Does anyone shoot long range with their rifle? US Optics sells a 20 MOA base but I would need to drill the receiver to mount it (4 screws). I don't anything about long range shooting but would like to get into it and was considering selling this rifle to get a new one.
I bought a 550 American in 6.5 Swede last year to hunt for my first time and made the mistake of not getting a sling. It was awfully heavy carrying up and hill, through the mud, etc.
I'm 5'5 and the sling will mainly be used to carry the rifle. What type should I get? Online sources?
9mm Glocks have far less reliability problems than their .40 s&w or .45 acp counterparts. Try an M&P40 if you want .40.
I like 9mm though so I'd choose the G17 (or M&P9). I currently have a G19 because I think it's the perfect size and weight for an all around gun.
CZ 75B SA w/ Kadet
Glock 19
HK P7
Those will probably be my only 3 autoloaders besides a DW Valor (thought about selling it). I want an M&P9FS and/or SIG P228 but it doesnt do anything the others can't.
I'd check with CZ Custom to see how thin those wood grips are. The aluminums are 1.13" and the wood ones are listed at 1.42" which is the same as the factory grips.
Get the thin aluminum grips from CZ Custom. They're expensive ($85) but worth it IMO. Made a huge difference for me when handling the gun. Feels as thin as a 1911.
I shot these 5 shot groups today at 15 yards. Ideally id like all the shots to be touching but i'm still learning. I own a CZ-75B SA also and that's what I would choose but definately get an action job done on it ($200+)
Glock 19
Warren 2 dot sights
Glock 17 trigger and trigger bar

LowePro Nova 3 camera bag. I only take 2 or 3 handguns and each one takes up one section. For ammo, I usually only take 100-150 rounds and the boxes fit next to the guns.
I'm buying the grips so my gun is slimmer. Even though the recoil is not bad, ive had a few people (with smaller hands) say that it's too wide.
My first choice was #2.
I'm surprised that only a handful of people only answered the pole with all the CZ owners on the board.
Cant the dealers pin the FH on them? The 6920 is with the 16" barrel.
