Used a loose fitting jag with a patch...seems to be ~one turn per 10 inches
My 995 is close to a tack driver @ 25yds with 124gr JHP's.
How concentric are your loaded rounds?
I've heard that .0015 is very good.
I've noticed that even full power loads feels soft in my planet of the apes carbine.
Which of course allows "accurate" rapid fire follow up rounds.
I like to load EGA 124 V2 bullets.
They set ~.208in. into the case... depending on case length.

I load XTP's longer with a bit more powder.
