Great movie. Could have heard a pin drop on the way out.
I've had squibs w/ factory ammo as well. Key is paying attention to the sound of the round every time and checking if something seems wrong.
IMO, shooting a .22 at 300 yards with some wind, is like shooting F class at 1,000 with a .308. It's great practice for that.
My son and I shooting steel at 300 and 330 yards. Got to love the flight time. It's like a .308 at 1,000 yards....
.22 at 300 yards+ is like a .308 at 1,000.
This is my son shooting .22 at 330 yards. Listen to the flight time!...
They will go through 1" treated wood!
Depends on the distance, probably Stingers up close. However, we shoot Blazer and Mini Mags at 330 yards with surprising accuracy.
This is better than telling you!
Or both! :)
Personally, it WAS more fun with a .22 until than .223 until prices went crazy. No it's not at all the same thing as pulling the trigger fast. You...
M38's are getting scarce. $300 is about typical. They are fun to shoot. Way more fireball and kick than the longer 91/30's.
My Savage 10BA loves Black Hills 175 SMK.
It's not a Nightforce but is decent for the money. My son shot a 1,000 yard F class match with one at 25X and said it was fine.
Savage 10 BA. My son just did his 1st 1,000 yard F/TR match last month with it.
Savage TRR-SR .22 LR w/ a can.
I can assure you, they are restored by a very highly regarded shop that does very high quality restorations. $795 is a steal for the quality of...
I would shoot it at longer distances and see what kind of groups you get with more rounds. I have a very accurate Mosin (often is sub MOA at...
If fact mine did happen using the HXP Greek ammo pre-loaded on the clips.
Can't say it's the same issue for certain. However, I had the same problem with an old weak clip that did not have enough tension to hold the...
The Savage BA series should not feel cheap. Shoot one if you get a chance.
