Colt Officer's Model. Thing stovepiped at least twice on every mag. Shot this thing over 20 years ago and have never wanted to own a Colt since.
I've owned a Glock 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 30, and a 34, and a full sized XD 9, .40, and .45, and never had anything break on them. Good guns.
I really like my Walther P99, but I'd be more than happy to use a Glock or HK or an M&P. XDs are ok, but they don't really do anything for me.
I bought a HK45 last week locally for $875. The grip feels amazing, almost as nice as the P30. I'm waiting for my CTAC holster to show up so I can...
I really like my 5" SIS. I love the fact that it has no Series II parts, standard length recoil rod and metal MSH. Really like the grips also....
I've heard it's something to do with the polymer frame flexing just enough as the mag is slammed home to release the slide lock. If you've...
Glock 17 all the way.
I've only used Wilson mags, either the 47D or the new ETM. Haven't had any reason to try any others.
I've tried to conceal a number of Glocks and Sigs, but nothing carries as well as my 1911.
I live in Mishawaka. Don't know if it's been posted here yet, but there is an Indiana gun owner's forum. http://ingunowners.com/forums/ Great...
I've owned and carried 1911s, Sigs, HKs, CZs, Hi-Powers, and Glocks. All I have right now are Glocks. I guess I like em well enough.
This is correct.. except for the grips.. the sights... the mag capacity.. the different mag release leaver... I would guess that the trigger is...
I've shot the HK45 a bit but I'll stick with the M&P for now. The M&P shoots just fine for me plus it's a lot less expensive than the HK. But...
The P30 felt amazing in my hand. Better than any pistol I've ever held. Seriously. Couldn't stand the DA trigger though, so I now own another...
Sounds like a good deal! Pretty hard to shoot out a Glock in 9mm I'd think. I've never been able to. :)
Competition is a good thing. It's nice to see S&W autos getting into more police holsters.
I've heard on a couple forums that Glock has tightened up the chambers on the .40s. If you reload though I'd probably suggest an aftermarket...
Every Smith auto I've owned has been flawless. Starting from the 4006 to the 1006 to the 4516 to the M&P 40. I would have no hesitation in...
Love my M&P 40. Have a couple thousand rounds through it with no problems whatsoever. I'll keep an eye on it though, just in case it self-destructs..
I assume by disassemble you mean field strip? In that case I can field strip my M&P with just my fingers and no tools as well. :)
