Not a good deal, but I have been looking for 9mm defense ammo and this is the first I found in 50 round boxes. A litle over a $1 a round......but now I have some. I only had target ammo before this showed up. Locally the 20 round boxes I found were too much dinero.

I got some today. 9mm 147 gr RA9SXT. Anybody like this?

The 642 fits my hand better than the Ruger LCR. I can point shoot a man targey at 5 yards and score a CM hit all 5 shots. A great gun for what it is made to be, and easy to carry. Recoil? I think if you have to pull it your adrenaline will overcome the recoil.:what:

I almost pulled the trigger on a Ruger American. But searching the pawn shop I found a used Savage 11 XP in 243 for $269 OTD. Excellent condition. Has a Bushnell scope. Zeroed it today. I was going to put a Nikon Buckmaster scope I have on it but can't tell any difference in the two scopes...

I have a Bushnell and a Nikon Buckmaster scope. Both of them when you look at the front lens glass, it looks like the color is distorted. Kinda like a rainbow, but not so many colors and irregular shaped distortion. Wasup?

Mmm, this fore end on this stock is very "warped". I am not sure how to cure it. Maybe a new wooden stock, but then more $$. It's just a deer gun.

All these budget rifles with the black syn. stocks. A Savage has a free floated barrel, but the one I have the front of the stock touches down one side. The plastic is easy to move, flimsy almost. Will this effect accuracy enough to worry about?

I am shooting factory Hornady bullets.

Does the model 11 have the same trigger as a model 10? I found trigger adjustment instructions for a model 10 trigger. I have the model 11 and want to lighten the pull some.
