Should USE of a weapon in a crime constitute a higher penalty?

late to this topic, But a crime is a crime is a crime.. CAlling it "gun crime" is like calling something a hate crime. It's just another way for the sheep to say something is Baaaaaaaaaaadddd, while ignoring the actual problem.. IE.. PC-BS

Texas homeowner acquitted of shooting 13 year old.

Better.. Texas is better. Here in the PRK they'd have probably hauled him off. Even if the criminals had been armed, Even if the criminals had been adults. It's nice to hear about places where citizens rights don't take a back seat to criminals rights/ political correctness.

Possibly stupid questions about GCA 68--Military and Residence states TX, CA

The point was to pick it up in Texas so as to 1. Not pay a rediculous amount of money in Taxes and transfer fees. 2. Not be treated like a criminal for wanting to exercise a right. It isn't. It was going to be an STI Ranger. They don't sell em in California. That doesn't even get into...

    Who cares about pistol prices??

It depends.. I am stationed in CA. Everything here is rediculous expensive. But guns are even worse. I haven't bought anything since I got here in 06 and probably won't until I leave. If I were somewhere else price would matter but only to the point of comparison shopping. If I...

OK so I was reading about Charlton Heston, and in the WIKI I read that he had rallied for GCA 68, And was linked to an article on that. One of the things I noticed is that You are not allowed to buy a firearm in a state other than your state of residence.. So heres the deal. I live in...

Been between the San Fran and SAC (technically just outside of East Bay) for 2 years now. I agree most heartily with Nate C, and will add as bad as it is now, it stands to get a whole lot worse (and probably will).
