    Sig Mosquito

I've had very little trouble with mine, it shoots almost anything except for the red box Winchester, but then my Ruger 22-45; and my 10-22 don't feed those well either. Right now I shoot almost exclusively Federal 22 Suppressor 42 grain subsonic rounds with an AAC Element II at the end and it...

    Advice on SCCY CPX-2

Went to a gun show money in hand to purchase one, but after holding it, it just did not feel right in my hands. I can't really say what it was but I just could not get comfortable with the grip style. Other than that what I've heard about them is mostly positive.

SIG SAUER P250 problem or normal??

The biggest problem with the P250 is that people do not understand the concept of a double action only automatic. The trigger is long hard but very smooth. If you were one of the people that grew up shooting double action revolvers then the gun feels great. If you grew up shooting the 1911...

    357 sig pistol

Makes a good CC round, is a little expensive to shoot, but if you use a good defensive ammo, it has very good penetration, in my two Sig handguns I get very good accuracy, and it can carry in a high capacity magazine. I do reload the caliber which can be a bit tricky at first but once you find...

    Sig P250 sub compact question

If you use the standard sub contact mag then no, your little finger will be below the grip. To be honest however that is not really an issue as it easy to learn to shoot it that way, you just keep you little finger folded under the mag, and it is a very stable shooting platform. Mine is in 357...

    Experience with the Sig P290RS?

I have a 290RS in 9mm, great gun, I myself like the long hard trigger pull on a CC firearm. It makes you have to think about what you are doing and aids in not shooting yourself or having a Negligent discharge. I have fired a string of 50 rounds thru it just the other day at 7 yards and was...

    The 9x18 Makarov Triumvirate

Which is the worst .45 pistol ever made in your opinion?

Worst 45 My vote would be for the AMT Hardballer. Should have never been considered an Automatic, fire one shot remove mag clear jam, reinsert mag load round repeat. Using 230 grain FMJ ammo never got thru a full mag with out a jam.

Info needed Sig Sauer P226/229 CC

Carry I would think that a P226 would be a bit big for CC. The P228 or P229 Would be a little better, You did not say what caliber you were looking for, but Both the P228 and the P229 can tend to be a little heavy after a while. You can take a look at the P320 carry if you like the bigger...

    sight pusher

Hammer The old hammer and punch method work with contrast sight best, I do not recommend doing it much with any of the night sights, the Tritium compound is installed in those in small glass vials, hit it wrong and you have a very expensive non working night sight.

    sight pusher

Some things you can bubba and something's are best left to those that know how. If with a home made pusher you damage the sights or the slide you could end up out more than a sight pusher will cost you.

    High quality bulk 9mm FMJ?

+1 for Georgia arms, I've shot some of their "Canned Heat" 9mm both the 124 and the 115 grain and the 124 is running about at NATO spec's. It all shot, was accurate and fairly clean.

    Sig 226 9mm

P226 I have two P226's one in 40 and the other in 9mm, both are great and worth everything I paid for them. Will say if possible buy one with the SRT installed or get it installed. Makes a world of difference on the trigger reset. So far the biggest problem I have with my Sigs would be they...

SS109 bullets and H335 powder Question

NATO Load If you are trying to get close to a NATO M855 load try running between 24.5 and 25 grains of H335. For my rifles I have been running 24.6 grains and it prints almost exactly where the Lake City M855 does at 100 meters.

Sig P220 donates all my brass to the range, anything I can do?

NET I made a small curtain / Net that I hang in the booth with me, when I shoot my brass engages it and then either falls down on the table or ends up at my feet. Used some nylon mesh and a PVC pipe to build it and have been using it now for some time. Sure beats chasing brass around.

SIG P320...does anyone here have one?

Picked one up first week of November, really great gun, good balance, great trigger, very accurate. To me the 320 trigger has a very clean break, it has a very good short reset and even thou the trigger pull is around seven pounds you just don't notice it all that much. SO far has about 500...

    Couple of SIG questions

Sig Pistols Be very careful with Sig Handguns, they are overly addictive. I started out with a surplus P6 a few years ago and now own 14 Sig's. The only big complaint about them is that most do not come standard with the SRT kits. But they are a very simple install and very much worth the effort.
