    For M&P lovers!

I have had the M&P 40 for about 4 yrs. now and love it so much that I'm considering selling my S&W 6906 and replacing it with an M&P 40c. I really prefer the .40 cal to the 9mm and the dao vs. the da/sa. Really hate to give up the 3rd gen., but budget constraints must be considered.

    Which lever action?

Considering buying a 30-30 lever action for silhouette shooting, but can't decide whether to get a Winchester 94 or a Marlin 336. Does anyone have any experiece with either or suggestions as to which may be more accurate, dependable, etc? Thanks for any input.

Problems with Win LPP seating proud?

I also have noticed that Win LPP are difficult to seat properly with the Lee hand primer. I seem to not be able to apply enough force to get some of the primers to seat, so I have gone to my press mounted primer for .45 Auto. A little slower, but not issues.

    Walther P38

Just curious if anyone has any experience with the P38. Is it accurate and reliable? Not for self defense, but just for target and plinking.

    Pump Action .22

Glad to hear good things about the remy 572. Just acquired one yesterday that was made in either 1955 or 1957 (the barrel stamp is not totally legible). When I disassembled it for cleaning, it looked like it had 50 plus years of gunk built up! Now to get it to the range.

I've joined the 3rd Gen S&W cult, kinda

Here's to the "cult"! I love my 6906 and I'm fighting very hard to resist adding one of the .40 variants.

    S&W M&P pistols

My understanding was that Smith got some releases that had somewhat soft steel and the catch flange just wore prematurley. Once again, it was a very easy fix and I assume S&W just handled the issues as they came up rather than issuing a recall.

    S&W M&P pistols

I've had my M&P 40 for about 3 years and absolutely love it. It's an accurate, reliable pistol. Only had one issue with it after about 2 years and several hundred rounds, it started dropping the magazine. A call to S&W and they sent me a new mag. release. It was a very simple replacement...

    Missouri Bullets-My Experience

I too am very impressed with MO bullets. Am in the process of working up a load for 158gr LSWC 357 mag loads. So far pleased with 6.2 gr of Unique, but Unique seems to be somewhat dirty. Tried the minimum load from the Lee manual using (if memory serves) 12.2 gr of AA#9 and experienced...
