my reson is for hunting and experimenting. i am trying to find a combo that i can shoot all day but take the same rounds out hunting and have acccuracy out to 200+ yards.

i was mean using muzzelloader rounds with smokelss powder like blue dot and cva,s power belt ammo that does not use a sabot it just has a plastic sleave around the back end of the bullet to catch the rifeling

I have a 500 magnum. i am wondering if i can load .50 sabots or powerbelt amow for black powder the casings and the maxumum grains of powder to grain weight of bullet.:scrutiny:

iv been shooting for 9 years. and the only time i was hurt by a gun was sightign in a reimington 870 supermag with 3 in shells. Ive shot the worlds most powerefull production hand gun the sw 500mag with out any hitches off hand. i even took that very same hand gun out hunting. the largest rifle...

I like the abolts action. it is one of the only guns i have shot at a sight in, in wich i did not have to remove my head from the stock to cycle the next round and it was chambered in 300 win mag. I have also shot one in 300 weatherby magnum and that was a bit over kill to me. i was also planing...

I am looking in to buying a hunting rifle that i can use as an all around hunting gun. I was thinking on geting an abolt in 300 winchseter mag. but i am afraid that it might be too big for cyotes and just right for deer. can some one give me insite?:confused:

i work at a huntin and fishing club that dose sight in for the public. on windy days people brought 17 hmrs in and they were shooting either towards the left or the right depending on the way the wind was coming from. i brought out my .22 lr marlin mod. 60 and it was shooting where i had sighted...

the 17 hmr will be affected mor by the wind than a 22 LR ro 22 Mag. The 17 is only a fair weather round when the 22 is an any weather gun.

It was only shot 5 times with it on and it was cleaned befor it was put on. i do have a moisture proble at my house but ive been working out those kincks since i moved in i even have a dehumidifirer in my gun room

I have a 1911 para that i bought an aftermarket compinsator. But now since i want to clean it it won,t come off the slide. It turns to the point to pull it off but it dose not come any sugestions on getting it off and keeping it from doing it again:cuss:

I have a para ordanace 191 45acp wth a after market comepsator that dose not want to come off the slide but it turns any one have any ideas on how to get it out so i can clean the gun?:cuss:
