I have a K frame that originally came with a spring loaded hammer nose and the only replacement I can find is a non spring loaded hammer. Are they interchangeable? I would imagine so otherwise I would have heard about different versions of frames. Anybody know for sure?

I've decided it's time for my first Beretta 92FS so I went to my LGS and was surprised to find 4 different models staring back at me from the case. After checking out Beretta's website, I was greeting by 3 additional models... So now I am looking at a total of 7 possibilitites. So my question...

Just wondering...does anybody actually use the holster or magazine holster that comes with Springfield XD's? It seems as though they could lower their MSRP's even if only by a few dollars if they didn't include these pieces of "gear".
