I agree here. its probably why so many permit holders don't carry. I had a custom kydex IWB holster made by Theis. Its nice, about as good as it gets. standing or walking with it isn't bad at all but sitting, crouching, working..etc. there no getting around the discomfort of a hunk of metal...

i got my permit a 2 years ago and didn't carry for a year. got a good conceal gun and carried a couple times a week during work, as needed. carrying iwb kind of sucked even with a thin 9. broke down and got a little .380 and it is in my pocket every day. love it.

I carry a bersa bp9 as well and its been flawless. thought long and hard over the PPS though.

I vote for .380. When needed, it will be the one in your front pocket, right next to your hand. The more powerful .38 in the glove box or at home. They are just so easy to carry you'll always have it with you.

yeah its a nice sized gun, Bersa has a good rep. This one is right in the wheelhouse of dimensions i'd like to use for an everyday carry. slim, single stack. somewhere between a typical fat compact and a pocket.

i saw a snake eat a full size squirrel last year . snake got in the nest and knocked the mother out of the tree. while it was injured on the ground, the snake came down the tree and ate it. couldn't beleive it. never thought about eating a tree rat but some of these recipes sound pretty good !
