I don't have a decibel meter but I do have a supressor on my .308 cal AR and I can shoot it without ear plugs.

I have a variety of 1911s, any of which would shoot that kind of group. This is from a sub (at the time anyway) $500 RIA Tac, from 10 and 25 yards (on a sandbag). If my eyes were today what they were ten years ago these groups would likely be tighter.
