.22 LR needs to be 5 rounds too. 5 round limit applies to ALL firearms. .22lr, 50 cal, lever action, bolt, pump, semi, whatever. That means 5 round mag for a ruger 10/22 or for what I had my eye on- a henry lever .22- the mag tube needs to be crimped. I am in the process of moving from NYC...

Would that depend on how tall/heavy you are? I have a Spanish m-44 and it has a definitely shorter stock than any of the other Milsurp Mauser 98 stocks I've seen. Not that you couldn't cut one, or get a stock of the size of your choosing for anything you grab....

Is there anything that I can use besides Break free CLP? I really only have access to hardware stores, no gun stores and I'm trying to not order things I've heard bronze wool works too, or is 0000 steel ideal? I'd rather take it from someone who's done it before

I will definately be oiling the parkerizing.... but that is after this rust spot is gone, right? How do I go about getting rid of this rust spot now? Or is the finish already compromised, and I just have to remove the rust and the finish have to reparkerize that one spot?

Hey all There's a few rust spots on the front sight post on a parkerized gun I have here... How do I go about cleaning that off, without messing up the parkerizing? Using steel/bronze wool will mess up the matte finish too, right?
