    New SAK Some Days Carry

"It's Steve's fault I have a Soldier. Thanks, Steve!" Yeah, it's also Steve's fault that I have a Farmer and an ever growing collection of Case Peanuts, plus the yellow CV one that I never leave the house without! Thanks Steve!:)

    New SAK Some Days Carry

The Alox Farmer is my best bushcraft knife. It lives in my pack and gets a lot of use. In this country of strange knife laws it does everything I could ask of it and still remains legal. Good choice sir!

EDC Flashlights: What do you carry?

Fenix E-01 Don't know you're carrying it until you need it. 25 hours from 1 AAA battery. The best one is the one you have all the time. My wife and I have one each and walked our dogs all last winter with them, and that gets really dark at times in Scotland. No serious reach but they light up...

Every day carry, what manufacturer are you choosing?

I'm with Carl. No Case, no SAK = no Peanut, no Alox Farmer No vote. The poll has to include these classics.

Pocket Knives-Who feels naked without one?

I've had one since I was 8. I've been through everything from old Richardsons of Sheffield barlows (that were sold in local newspaper shops on a card backing), to SAKs, my one and only Buck 110 FG (26 yrs old and still going strong), all manner of fixed blades, one Leatherman Supertool and...

    CRKT Stiff K.I.S.S.-$12.99.

I have one of these strapped to the front of my canoeing life jacket. It's a cracking rescue knife and makes a great knife to have around camp when you come ashore. Paracord on the handle makes a big improvement. I just wish they would bring it back into production so I could get another one...

For those that carry a flashlight everywhere...

Plus 1 on the Fenix E01. I use it at work (AV Tech at a University), dog walking and every other use I can throw at it. It lives in the little pocket on my jeans all year and, along with my yellow Peanut, is my EDC. I have attached a piece of an old dog flexi-lead cord so I can hang it round...

    Care of Norton stones

Thank you gentlemen. I had read somewhere that you can use them dry, but I guess I read it wrong. Everyday is a learning curve... Cheers

    Care of Norton stones

Hi everyone. This is my first post on here. I have spent hours going through previous posts and the wealth of knowledge is superb on here. I have followed the advice of SM (thanks for all the great teachings Steve!) and I have bought myself a Norton IB6 stone to sharpen all my knives. One...
