Well the OKC3S finally came in and well it fits.... Kinda.... I wouldn't want to stab anything with it. UNTIL! i added a black cut down Key-chain-ring as a mock Lockwasher under the 590s end cap, and now it fits perfectly and doesn't affect the 590A1s functionality.

Do you use the ceramic sharping rod on the back of the sheath? If so how easy is it to use for a touch up?

Yes the USMC replaced the M7 with the OKC3S and it was designed to fit on the M-16. If im not mistaken they chose it instead of the M-9 design to more resemble a KABAR, so basically its a Fighting/Utility knife first ,and Bayonet second.
