    If I wanted to buy a used Smith & Wesson..

    S&w Ezypickns, I'd recommend a S&W Model 19.It's a medium sized K frame gun chambered in .357.You can shoot .38 special rounds out of it as well.It was available in 2.5, 4 and 6 inch barrel lengths.For plinking and/ or home defence I'd say the 4 inch one would be my best choice.As for price...

    S&W 58 Russlate, You are right--it is MagNaPorted.I didn't think you'd be able to detect that due to such a dark picture.The gun was a steal- also included were 4 speedloaders, about 350 pieces of brass and a nearly new set of RCBS carbide dies.I have loaded up 100 rounds of mild reloads...
