Your preferred rubber and/or wood grips on S&W .357?

Don't overlook these grips made by Bang!, Inc. Designed by Mr. Jerry Miculek, they are utlitarian-looking but extremely comfortable, both when shooting full-house loads as well as when it's next to your ribs under your shirt, sitting at the Diner. I buy mine from http://alscustom.com Al Greco, a...

    S&W Customer Service

I called S&W yesterday and "Joe" answered the phone. I told him that the screw for my cylinder release was cracked. He asked me for my address and dropped one in the mail for me. Earlier this year when I first bought the 629, I called and asked if I could buy replacement sideplate screws...

Is it me, or is this guy nuts on his prices -- $7K for Registered Pre Model 27

I'll tell you what... the 44 Mag Model 29 4†Blue 185,xxx 99½%....Was $1,395 Now $1,095 sure got my attention... blue worn near the muzzle from holster wear which means I could use it as a shooter without guilt. ;) Only a tad too much money for that old beauty. Scott

    A "Modern" Registered Magnum Question?

Back to the original question, yes, I'd be in for a new Registered program even if I had to sell a few things to get one. The program would not last long and therefore the gun would be worth a fortune by the time I'm old and gray. I mean older. and Grayer. ;) Scott

Clint Smith Loses It in Jan-Feb '05 American Handgunner

A 158 grain .357 is a better choice for the old Model 19s, but the new 66s can take the 125 gr. just fine. Deadly stuff. Cheers! Scott
