Good evening: My ruger Mk I 5" bull barrel has been shot a lot. Accuracy is about 1" with match ammo at 25 yds. (I think it should be better) If I could find another barrel, is changing them out as easy as unscrewing one and screwing the other in? The new barrel would be a Ruger factory 6"...

good morning: Have a Rem 1100, 20 Ga std weight and am going to have choke tubes installed. Has anyone had experience with Colonial Arms or Carlsons gunsmithing services ? Choke tubes from either appear to be excellent, just particular who about who cuts on my guns. thanks

Can a 308 be rechambered to 30-06? Seems I read somewhere (can't 'member where) that the barrel has to be cut off at the threads to do this conversion due to the 308 being a little fatter somewhere along the case body. Need expert advise thanks. mike
