For summertime, I now carry a Kahr CM9 (cousin to Kahr's PM9). Fall/winter/spring - Glock G19. 9mm is the way to go (over .380). Cheaper, more choices, and something you can shoot at the range to get proficient with. Good luck with your choices.

Agree with folks suggesting the G19. Go try to rent one. Probably best all-around, decent capacity, decent to conceal. You can shoot this Glock all day without fatigue, and better yet, clean it once a year. LOL

Congratulations on your G19. My all-time favorite pistol. Shoot as much ammo as you can afford and before long you will see what all the fuss is about. Other Glocks have come and gone from my collection, but the G19 is here to stay.

Glock G19 for sure. They are a worldwide duty pistol (both military and LE) for a very good reason. I carry mine most of the time.
