1+ on .380. Don't shoot it enough to justify reloading.
I'm currently not reloading 9mm either but I've got bullets from an estate sale purchase so it could be in my future.
Different brass opens up differently with this tool. Just have to get a feel for it and don't go so fast that you can't feel variations in pressure.
When I was running 223 brass really fast, I'd have a few pieces where the pocket and the swaging button didn't line up perfectly and I ended up...
I've used this Dillon Super Swage tool on 223 brass and its not a flawless operation. But its the only one I've used so far and my complaints are related to mixed brass.
I have experienced a stuck case with spray lube.
I use Hornady Unique case lube and haven't had a problem.
Here's my order:
Tumble
I use a universal decapping die (sort out brass that needs crimp removal)
Swage the primer pocket if needed
Trim case length if needed
Rack up and lube
Reload

1K,
Thanks for pointing out what I didn't notice in the original post about the caliber of the brass.
I can't imagine that you'll need a TON of leverage to decap your brass even with serious crimps in place so the single stage press you mentioned should work fine.
Others have mentioned...

Anyway. So you're having issues with military crimp on rifle brass. Welcome to the club.
With mixed brass, you should consider adding several steps to your case preparation before moving...
Some friends and I just drove out to TacPro last Tuesday. I was very impressed with the facilities. It was totally worth the drive!
I can't imagine a property owner doing A FRACTION of the kind of work that Bill has done out at Tac Pro for serious shooters.
Safety is everything and Bill...
This is my first post to THR. Great information here for sure.
If you are reloading with a Lee Loadmaster and you live near the DFW area, and you wouldn't mind showing me your setup, please send me a PM.
Currently I'm loading volume 223 and volume 45 for target shooting but I'm using a...
