Physical force, deadly physical force, and knowing the difference in advance of the blow.

As many of the other responders have said its a question of fact for a jury to decide. A 20 year pld attacks a 70+ year old who uses a cane and knocks him to the ground - that might be considered deadly physical force since the young man should have known that this would be dangerous, deadly...

If carrying a .380: Which One?

Your right it is not a pocket pistol but neither is the Kimber as it has too may sticky out things to be a smooth draw without a pocket holster (think sticky). I really prefer to carry strong side and when carrying a full size 1911 and doing a lot of sitting down a drop leg holster. I do carry...

If carrying a .380: Which One?

I have an LCP Max and the thing is snappy plus not a full hand grip. It's mostly my backup/close in gun. I prefer the Kimber Micro, or the Browning 1911-380. And I am fast becoming a fan of the Gersan MCT14. Heavy enough to offset the recoil, popup chamber if you can't always do the slide...

If carrying a .380: Which One?

I would add the Girsan MCT. Looks like a Beretta 92, sized like a 85F or 80X with a popup chamber for those who have trouble with working the slide. Holds 13 rounds (only 1 mag in the set though). Heavy enough to assist with recoil and that makes it highly desirable in my book.

why is every gun store employee armed?

Yeah but if you watch the show enough you will be brainwashed into believing that: 1. LEO is here to protect you. 2. Common people do not need firearms. 3. Just trust the LEOs (FBI) they are here to help you. What you will really learn is that all main stream entertainment has a liberal biased...

    Sub2000 Mag Compatability Question

Keltec lists a 92 mag compatible version on it's website. http://www.keltecweapons.com/our-guns/rifles/sub-2000/ "The 9mm SUB-2000 can be configured in the following magazine types: GLK17, GLK19, S&W59, BERETTA92, SIG226." I have seriously considered it as i have the 92FS. But i understand...

    Beretta M9 Failures

Amazing, I have been shooting the 92FS for almost three years and have nearly 500 rds through it with no malfunctions at all. But then again mine is perhaps 5 years old so there may be something going on at Beretta. Don't know if they have lost the contract or what but they are discontinuing...
