    Stevens model 15 bolt issues

Yes, the spring is in great shape and has a ton of tension. It seems that once the bolt is in, the back part slides back and forth with no tension either way. Seems to me that it should have forward tension so that when the trigger is pull and the 'latch' disengages, the back bolt piece should...

LCP substitute with "less sensitive" mag release?

have carried LCP in front right pocket nearly daily for a year and a half now and have not had one problem. i think wildbillz (post 13) nailed it. when you carry in the front left pocket, the mag release button faces out and anything that comes in contact with it would eject it. when carrying in...

Ruger LCP vs. Smith & Wesson Bodyguard

CZ guy said it perfectly. i've had experience with both. they are both great guns, with the LCP being a bit more rough to practice with and acquire a good sight picture. that being said, it is lighter and a bit smaller, so i often prefer to carry the LCP and forget that it is even there :)

    How/Where do you pocket carry?

    Remington 870 Express finish

    wader suggestions?

i gotta say i HATE the waders that do not have the boot attached (just the stocking feet). i will never wear stocking feet waders ever again if given a choice between those and the boot attached. here in CO (especially during the later winter months) the water is too friggin cold to not have...

    Backpacking gun?

haha pintler, i have a sawed-off toothbrush as well ;) lightweight backpacking truly becomes an obsession when you start doing stuff like cutting off excess straps and cutting your toothbrush in half!! but for me, i found my S&W mod 66 .357 a bit too heavy, so i stick with my ruger...
