Revolvers can go loaded for long periods of time w/o the potential problem(s) of continuous spring tension in loaded magazines and possibly cocked hammers/strikers.

Since the base diameter of 10mm is less than that of .45ACP, there may be a difference in ejectors. Conceivable Glock may have used the same for both. I don't have a way to compare. Need to check that carefully before hand.
