    Stupid Kids

It's kind of hard to find cover and reassess the situation when you're strapped into a vehicle under someone else's control though

    Stupid Kids

I understand you can't just dismiss it as a toy because you see the orange tip, but I was roughly a few feet away at the whole area was brightly lit, lots of street lights, and bright lights from a near by business, also I'm very familiar with both real AR style guns as well as airsoft and...

    Stupid Kids

Yeah, I thought about that, I could've not realized it was a toy and shot them, but I would have possible taken a KID's life for being stupid, I just couldn't live with that. I would however press charges if I hear back from the police, I plan to stop by tomorrow morning and see if anything ever...

    Stupid Kids

So this evening I had dinner with a friend at Chili's and as she's driving me home we come to a stop light, in the lane beside us (4 lane road, two lanes stopped at the red light) there's a guy in the back seat of a crew cab truck waving out the window to the car directly in front of us. I...

Report : .40S&W JHPs versus Bone and Ballistic Gelatin

Now THAT would be an interesting test, King crabs vs various 40 s&w loads but don't be silly, it would have to be under water of course, where else would you encounter them

Report : .40S&W JHPs versus Bone and Ballistic Gelatin

Here's my question, all of the bullets that failed seemed to fail because the cavity became filled with bone, however the Critical Defense bullet which has the synthetic plug in order to prevent clogging and aid in expansion still failed, but one round the Cor-Bon performed seemingly flawlessly...

    Best powder for 40 s&w?

I've decided to get into reloading, I'm really excited about it. I build myself a bench under the stairs in my room and got a 50th anniversary lee kit as well as some 180gr FMJs, and a friend gave me a bunch of CCI-500 small pistol primers. I was at cabelas buying the press and dyes and a...

Do-it-yourself wetpack test (lots of images)

Great test! Wonderful pictures as well. I've been wondering about different hollow point designs and this helped a lot, seems the Remington golden saber is the best performing here.

How much does reloading really save?

Ohhh ok reusing brass that many times would absolutely save a lot of money, and I didn't know you could get that many rounds out of a pound of powder. That makes the price much lower per round. I also just want to get into it for fun and as a hobby/time occupier. Thanks for the help guys!

How much does reloading really save?

I was wondering how much money it is actually possible to save reloading. I would only be reloading 40 s&w as that is the only caliber I currently shoot. Not counting the price of equipment it seems to me that the savings is just barely worth the effort. Academy has 100 rounds (winchester)...
