Help me to finally get started

Relaoding stuff, etc. I started out with LEE dies, powder, full length sizing, neck sizing, crimping etc. They worked ok except for the powder dies. I have now began using the match Redding sizing and seating dies and have found them to be much more accurate and usable than lee. (Much more...

    Chamber measurements

Anyone know of a easy/quick/relatively accurate way of measuring the chamber of a .308. I read somewhere that you take a recently fired shell and add .001 to the diameter at the mouth. Anyone have a more accurate way of determining this measurement?. I want to neck turn some cases but am...

    Jamming 357 Sig

I reload my 357Sig and recently ran into a problem. 5-6 rounds out of 100 will jam after being fired in the gun (M&P). After reloading, I drop test them in the barrel and they all passed the test, some were a bit sticky but not bad. I marked them. Only one of the jammed in the pistol. By jam...

What can you tell me about the glock 32 and the 357 sig?

Love it, carry it during the winter and reloading is the only problem. For some reason, about 6 out of one hundred will not size properly resulting in jams. Other than that...love the gun with its very recognizable blast.

    CZ550 general opinions

Outstanding. I own two CZ's 527 and CZ550 Varmiter. Both are sub MOA with the 550 being the best. I load my own ammo and have found that it improves over factory by a considerable amount. Factory ammo slightly above 1 MOA and my own at .5-.6 MOA out to 550 yards. (Farthermost I can shoot at my...

    Further load development ?

REF: The wind I read somewhere that a left to right wind will push the bullet down and right and a right to left wind will push it up.:) 4 to six inches seems a bit much though. A calm day is best for initial load data accuracy.

    Further load development ?

COAL I had several loads that worked pretty well and I refined them to excellent by adjusting the COAL. I adjusted in increments of .015, starting with the bullet in the rifling and working out to the minimum OAL. MY latest load in .308 went from 1.5" at 200 yards to 3/4" at 200 by adjusting...
