    Just checked a couple of cans. Still has a chemical odor but not nearly as strong as some I bought a few weeks ago (same brand and type). I couldn't really see too well in the can for rust but the outsides of most of the cans are rust free.

    I've recently gotten several totes of older reloading supplies and tools from an estate. Included were 12 - 1# cans of various powders with some full and sealed. Approximate age maybe 30 to 40 years old. Safe to use??? Does powder get less powerful with age or more so? Anyone?
