    Kahr Customer Service

I've had nothing but good experience with Kahr. Owned a CW9 and put a lot of ammo though it. Never had a problem. Sold it and bought a CM9. It came with the end cap on the recoil spring missing. First time at range it kept jamming. Then I looked at a pic of a new one and saw that mine was...

    9mm Carry Ammo

Just my 2 cents.....I carry either Gold Dot Short Barrel or Corbon DPX. Both feed well and are accurate. Been told the DPX expands better but haven't shot anyone yet!

    Cheap 12 Gauge Ammo?

By the time you pay shipping you can get it cheaper at WalMart. I routinely get 12ga. for trap at WallMart for $4.77 per box.

    New to Shotguns

Is the Weatherby 92 a decent gun for trap? Have a chance to pick one up but I don't know much about it except that it was made in Japan.

How many CCW holder don't carry?

I've had a license for over 12 years now. I decided early on that it was far more dangerous to carry just part of the time. How do I know when I will need it? And I don't ever want to have to stop and think, do I have my gun with me or not? I carry always. It is a habit and just part of my...

    Browning Buckmark Kaboom!!!

As a Buckmark owner I'm curious...where was your finger when the accident happened? I'm assuming it wasn't on the trigger as you were just racking the slide. Was it held along side the breach? I've done that so many times and now I'm wondering if one should keep all fingers around the grip below...

    Recommended ammo??

Wow! You will get zillions of opinions on this! My favorite carry ammo is Blackhills 230gr. JHP. They use the Gold dot bullet and their ammo is very reliable.

Why buy a BLOCK when you can join the KAHR club?!

    Kahr Firearms

After 1100 rounds 1100 rounds through my CW9 and love it. I usually carry a 1911 but for some situations this CW9 is great. I had a few FTF's in the first few hundred rounds but after polishing the feed ramp and rails it has not failed once. It is VERY accurate for a small gun and the trigger...

tales of one who DISLIKES kahr

Why am I not having problems?? I just can't figure it out -- I bought a CW9 to use when I find it inconvenient to carry my 1911. I had some FTF's in the first few hundred rounds but since then it has been flawless. It shoots dead on point of aim, trigger is smooth, feeds my carry ammo (Gold Dot...

Why even do open carry? Kind of defeats the whole purpose of concealed carry!

What's the most powerful/reliable CCW pistol that will realistically fit in a pocket?

I carry (at times) a Kahr CW9 in my front pocket. The PM9 is a little smaller and better suited for that purpose. Personally I prefer the SmartCarry holster for total concealment rather than pocket carry. With a little practice I can have it out and a shot off just as fast if not faster than...

Any thoughts on the MILLENNIUM PT111 9mm PISTOL?

Had a Millenium Pro PT 111 for about 2 years and just recently sold it. It was accurate, dependable and felt good shooting. It never hesitated with any ammo that I used including PMC 230 gr. hardball, Blazer brass, Federal Hydrashock, Speer Gold Dot (my favorite) or any other ammo I tried. I put...

Am I An Idiot (for buying a Tomcat)?

They are good guns and made well. They feel good shooting. I got rid of mine a long time ago because it shot low and left--always, even from a rest. Also, I found that the tip up barrell was prone to come loose too easily and that bothered me. Otherwise I liked the gun. They conceal excellently.

new taurus PT111 mil pro single action

Heard a lot of Taurus bashing over the years but my PT111 Millenium Pro has been a superb gun. Not my usual carry piece but when I need to scale down due to clothing choices it goes with me and I feel safe. It has hundreds of rounds through it and the only malfunctions were with some cheap ammo...

Any problem with standard 1911 trigger pull?

I haven't read that article but are we sure he was talking about the trigger pull on a 1911 rather than a Glock? I agree with Mr. Ayoob on many things but 8 lbs pull on a 1911 seems to be far too heavy. Actually too heavy for any single action handgun for any kind of decent shooting. No he...
