    Even though it's less expensive than a Kreiger, Pac-Nor is the best. Have them chamber the barrel for you and true and fit the action.

    My Rem 700

    I really like 700s, and yours is very nice indeed. It's no surprise, however, to find a bolt action that outshoots an AK. It would be very difficult to find one that doesn't. ;) PS: invest in a Jewell trigger and be done with it. :)

    Which Single-Stage Press?

    Go to school on this one... Harrell presses are worth owning and using. I've tried the ones in your list and none are really up to creating precise ammo. I'm not saying they are junk, they are just inferior to a benchrest loaders press. :)

    Harrells are the best, and they will meet or exceed your +/- 0.1 gr. standards. :)
