Say I had some Federal Value Pack ammo (12G, 3 DRAM eq, 1/8oz shot, 8 shot ~ you know, the Wal-Mart stuff). But they are 2 3/4" shells. The shotgun is a Topper model 98 and the barrel says 3" and a Modified choke. Is it safe to shoot that 2 3/4" ammunition out of that barrel?

Well I finally got time to tackle my old stevens model 107b single shot 12 gauge. I am not sure if the shotgun works. See my problem is the firing pin falls if the gun is tilted. I disassembled it and I am holding the receiver in my hand. If I hold it up in the air the firing pin sinks down...

My 511 works great but it is having a problem feeding the bullets. Like the magazine doesnt lock in all the way so I have to push it up for the next bullet to go in otherwise the bolt doesnt grab it. I am using a 10 round magazine instead of the usual 6. Any suggestions?
