Ok well the barrel came back today, faster than expected, and it looks great. Very happy with the barrel itself. In compensation for the shipping charges they threw in a BCM hat... Would rather have gotten my money back, But a hat is cool too I guess. I just feel like the whole situation could...

Hahaha i guess i did pay extra for that. I haven't heard anything from them. Now it's just a waiting game. It takes 2 weeks for them to process returns. I'm just hoping if I continue to pester them the will compensate me for the shipping.

I have called them multiple times, and received no answer. I also mailed the barrel back and it cost me $15 dollars. I sent them an email stating that I was not happy with the fact that I have to spend more money out of my pocket in order to get the product that I originally dropped over $300...

Agreed. It clearly was sent out like this. The packaging was excellent, and there is now way. Anything could have scratched the barrel durring shipping. I just don't feel I should have to pay for shipping again because of their mistake.
