First Gun Shotgun-1300 Winchester Rifle-Ruger 10/22 Pistol-Styer 40 cal. Still use the Winchester for deer and turkey, and the Ruger for rabbits and tree rats. Sold the Styer to get a .357 Dan Wession revoler for my wife.

I hunt for food I love to hunt and shoot. The main reason I hunt and raise my own critters for butcher is I do not like store bought meat or veggies that much. The food we raise just tastes better. Granted we do not raise all of our own food but I really enjoy what we do raise.

I shoot alone It's the only way to shoot. I seem to be more on target and focused. When I do shoot with others it is generaly only my brother and friend. The main reason I shoot alone is due to my work.
