If I had to pick one, Remington Mohawk action chambered in 6 mm BR Rem; barrel and action trued by Hart; fiberglass stock, Leupold VXIII 2.5-8. Lightweight and will outshoot many rifles weighing five lbs more.

I have the FN and a G21. I run the same suppressor on both and prefer the FN but it is not for folks with small hands.

All good guns. I have an HK 45, G21, FNP45 (standard and a tactical), and a P220. General range use and fun shooting I tend to prefer the HK and Sig equally. Slight edge to the HK perhaps. But, the magazine capacity of the FN and Glock presents a strong case for their overall usefulness...

AR out shooting a bolt gun is just silliness. Sure there are exceptions but all things considered it is just silly.

The Sig 556 folds. I have two of them. Just measured the 556 SWAT and it is 26" folded. I also have a PS90 and it measures 26.5". Of course they are totally different rifles but the PS90 is hard to beat in a small package that brings 51 rounds before the first reload.

Leopold or Burris one piece. No QD unless you want to have accuracy issues IMO.

I have a P14 limited and a Tac Four. I've shot both a fair bit and had zero problems. Your mileage may vary but take what you see online with a grain of salt - there is a fair amount of second hand repeats with no real experience. Of course nothing wrong with the Ruger other than that...
