OP did not specify if he had ball c(1) or ball c(2). Are the burn rates close? Asking, because ball c(1) was simply referred to as ball c, before they came out with another powder.
Most people at the bench have the rest too low. Because the rest is low, they are bent over leaning into the gun. If you raise the rest, so that you are sitting erect (vertical backbone), the recoil is reduced greatly.
Some people cut a coil off the detent Spring, some put an o-ring on one of the brass buttons to hold tension on the plate, some put a finger on the plate or case to apply tension, some tighten the center pivot bolt.
It needs to be BOILED LINSEED OIL, not the raw stuff.
Wipe as much of the old stuff off with solvent, and put some new oil over it. You will be okay. Use very thin coats, and let it dry before the next coat.
I get the same sometimes with my Redding profile crimper. I think it is knocking the outer corner of the case neck. If I lightly chamfer the OUTER edge, it goes away.
