I'm going to try and find a diagram to follow and see if I can get it back in. It appears that only the metal hinged mag catch fell out. Everything else appears to still be in there. I just need a diagram of how it's suppose to go. Even if I get it back in, Glock is getting a call Monday about...
Yes, it was a fully loaded mag. I pushed mag release, mag was released and was removed, but it didn't return to center...just kind of stuck to the opposite side. When I barely touched the other side to try to recenter the mag release it fell out.
I've felt that a way a few times, but every time another SHOT Show rolls around something gets added to my "got to have" list. It's an addiction...one never can have enough firearms.

I picked up a Gen 4 Model 19 yesterday. I was going to buy the Gen 3, but after handling both the Gen 4 just felt much better to me. I took it to the range today, and put 300 rounds through it. Absolutely, wonderful pistol to shoot. I love it! I've heard stories that there have been problems...
Broke mag release....
Well, I pushed the ambi mag release on my 21SF today, and had the mag release metal part fall out with the mag. I have no idea how to fix it. I'm going to call Glock and see what they can do to remedy the situation. But, I have now lost ALL confidence in my 21SF. Great...
