Yes, it was a fully loaded mag. I pushed mag release, mag was released and was removed, but it didn't return to center...just kind of stuck to the opposite side. When I barely touched the other side to try to recenter the mag release it fell out.

Broke mag release.... Well, I pushed the ambi mag release on my 21SF today, and had the mag release metal part fall out with the mag. I have no idea how to fix it. I'm going to call Glock and see what they can do to remedy the situation. But, I have now lost ALL confidence in my 21SF. Great...
