I had a similar issue with a lwb in a G20. I removed it and the issue went away. I don't care for lone wolf stuff. Reliability suffers. Go back to the glock barrel and throw the LW away.
I recommend NOT getting a lone wolf barrel. I tried a 6 inch one in my G20 a while back. It would not feed factory ammo. I think they're made in Korea. Plus their customer service is not good either.
I had a LW. I made my G20 not function correctly. After I bought it I found out they are not US made. I sold it for a fraction of what I gave for it and put the OEM barrel back in. It never malfunctions. I will never own another LW product. Their customer service was terrible as well...
I like your idea. Maybe the ultimate pistol would be a gen 3 s&w in .38 super! I really like the not so normal calibers. I find the 9mm, 40 s&w and .45acp boring.
Tonight I've been thinking about the ultimate pistol with a fine Malbec. At one time I thought the HK mod23 was the ultimate pistol and I came close to buying one more than once. I have gone full circle with my thoughts of the ultimate pistol and I have come to the conclusion that I already...
Barnett crossbow
My brother in law was sighting a brand new Barnett 410 for a friend last year. He cocked it, placed it on the tailgate of his truck, started placing a bolt on it and it fired. Almost ripped his thumb off. He called Barnett and they replaced it but didn't offer to cover the...

I recently acquired a S&W 1006 and 1066 and they are the real thing. I have had a Glock 20 for many years and I do like it, but the 3rd gen s&w are the real deal. They are a fine chunk of American stainless steel and shoot like a dream. I wanted one back in the early 1990s but they cost more...
Thank you Walt. I'm simply curious about the designation. I have a renewed interest in the steel s&w pistols. I recently acquired a 1006 and a 1066! I love the 10mm cartridge!
Gentlemen, I thought that I had a photo of the box label uploaded but I can't seem to get it to work. The label has several bits of info on it including model number, product number, caliber, finish and features. Under the features it reads: Heavy BBL.
Sorry for the lack of a photo. I got...
