My daughter's p238 jammed on every magazine until we sent it back to the factory. They replaced the extractor, and it's been 100% reliable since. A few years ago I decided to get rid of anything I hadn't fired in over a year. Some went to family and some went in trade for guns I would actually shoot. So the herd's thinner, but more active.

My daughter carries hers cocked and locked. It did have a reliability issue when new, but after the factory replaced the extractor it became a solid performer. I've fired it a time or two and found it to have easily visible sights, low recoil, and good accuracy. I may end up getting one for myself.

No experience with the 3906, but I love my 3913. It's a soft shooter, reliable and accurate.
