PA is very gun friendly. PA has some of the least restrictive gun laws, specifically on where you can/cannot carry. As for the 21 thing, yeah it sucks, but then again any laws limiting our 2nd admendment suck.

I got a new 15 rd mag from Reed1911. I took the Witness to the range and fired off 100 rounds. No problems, no jams, no misfires. It fired perfectly from single shots to unloading as fast as possible. Now, if it will do that the next few times, I have a new CCW. I love my 10mm.
