I own 2 Uberti 1861 revolvers, both are very accurate with .375 Lee cast 79 gr pure lead balls. They are a tight fit in the cylinders and are easy to load. I like 24 gr BP with an over powder lubed wad.

Check to make sure your wedge is not pushed in too tight before you start messing with other things. Backing the wedge out a little will give the cylinder room to rotate without binding on the barrel.

I had the same problem with my Maverick 88. You can order the replacement bead from GunParts.com #37860B (Mossberg 500). Use red locktite and a 5/32" socket driver (I used a Craftsman driver for small parts). You might need to file the face of the driver a little to make it fit.

Your load according to the LYMAN 50th ed. is on the lower end for the Sierra 125gr bullet. (16.8-17.8 H110). You might want to try working up the load and see if your cycling issues improve.
