This is part of the Illinois CCW law as well. Without looking, it basically says that any establishment which derives 51% of its revenues from booze is off limits for CCW. I don't think its been tested in the courts as yet, but I suspect they will try to make it apply to say a TGI Fridays...

I have an XDs 3.3" 45ACP and a Glock 30. Love the G30 - its the best shooting 45 I have, followed closely by the XDs. That said, the XDs is the one I carry constantly. I agree with what others have said about the grips and recoil. I solved that problem by using the Pachmayr Tactical Grip...
