Great advice - Thanks
Thanks guys. I really appreciate the advice and formulas for the ultrasonic. I'm gonna try them out this weekend. I have another 100 or so cases that need cleaning.
Happy chooting :)
I'm new to reloading. Ran some 45 acp brass through the ultrasonic but they were still dirty so I dropped the brass in soapy water, let it sit overnight and shook the hell out of it. Then I let it air dry. To clean it better I sprayed brake clean and cleaned the inside with q-tips. Probably...
My son and I hit the range with our SKS M59/66's. One is original wood and the other has the tapco stock. The wood looks much better but the 20 rd mag on the tapco is pretty nice too.
My son's target was full of holes. Luckily we can use mine again next week :)
Thanks for the welcome guys
I got my Nagant at Gander Mountain of all places. Ordered it over the phone and picked it up at the store. Probably still have 'em.
Nagant Revolver
Here's my model 1895 Nagant Revolver with a close-up of the conical seal between the cylinder and the barrel.
Note the "uncircumsized" appearance of the rounds. The brass also helps seal and keep the gases behind the bullet reducing losses.
