Machine engraving
Hey man check out www.kayjaygunshop.com and look under the "services offered" or in the KJ-15 or Ares rifle tab. He does that engraving in house and knows all the rules and capabilities.
Hey gang I have a new Zastava N-PAP M70 gen2 and I was wondering if this had the same 14x1 LH barrel thread as a regular AK or if it was different. I am looking to get rid of the slant brake for a better option.
You caught me lol....I'm waiting on my optic to arrive so I threw that one on to see what it would look like. The cheek well is just fine, I was worried about height too but I'm a big guy (6'6" and 365lbs) so it works great for me. I didn't weigh it as weight it not an immediate concern for me...
I got the rifle from a friend who was HARD up for money so i paid him $500 for it with 300 rounds of ammo and 4 mags....I don't know if it has a chrome chamber or not. Where do I get this extractor upgrade kit?
I was using the standard Wolf steel cased ammo because it is cheap....isn't that why we all shoot it? hahaha I have acquired the cleaning brush (thanks for the link) and will clean super well and retest with some brass cased factory loads I have also acquired. I checked the hung casing and from...
Ok I have a spikes lower with a Delton upper in 7.62x39. After about 80 to 100 rounds the gun hangs an empty shell case at full battery. I have to use a block of wood to get the charging handle and BCG back then separate the upper from the lower and use a cleaning rod down the end of the barrel...
Ran 60 rounds through it today. After adjusting the gas block it was a wonderful smooth shooter. Didn't have much time to play at distance yet but it was nice not hearing that buffer spring after every shot!!
Prices vary depending on options. Mine was $2100 with both barrels that are heavy barrels, full engraving with my name and all and metallic blue duracoat with clear.
So this is what I have been waiting for. This is called an ARES rifle and they are being made in Amelia, OH by a small FFL dealer/manufacturer. The stock, grips, optic, color and engraving were all selected by me. The lower is a CNC machined 7075 billet that is basically mil-spec.
The upper...
A buddy bought/traded for an AR-15 chambered in 7.62x39.... Anyways, it's a deltron full length upper (16" barrel) but the lower is a Spikes Tactical and is stamped "SBR" but he didn't get a tax stamp or anything or paperwork at all. Is this thing legal or should the lower be cut up and scrapped??
With the barrel pinned to the front the gun opens as normal. This rifle exists and has interchangeable barrels to 300 blackout. This along with several other custom designs are incorporated. When I get mine in a couple weeks ill post pics.
S&W 22a has always been good to me as we'll as a single six. The 22a gives you the option to upgrade to an optic of some kind when he learns more. Easy disassembly and cleaning. I love my 22a.
