^exactly. The risk associated the gun related accidents and thefts in a school with unarmed staff is close to zero. Risk in an armed school is naturally significantly higher. Considering the chances of a school attack are incredibly remote there is no logical reason to assume the risk. And yes...
Here is my logic:
-There are many thousands of schools
-There are relatively few school attacks
-The chances of a school being involved in a school shooter attack is incredibly small
-Wouldn't arming teachers therefore seem to result in a situation where the likelihood for gun related...
The compact, I think, is pretty big for a compact. In fact, I've seen the full size and the compact mislabeled in more than one gun counter! The subcompact is smaller but does not operate like the two larger guns (eg no rotating barrel).
Well then. You clearly have more faith in folks than I do. Also, I believe, a poor assessment of the risks vs. benefits involved. But, we are all entitled to our opinions.
^true. If you look in the gun store you'll see surprisingly little difference between the full and the compact. Note: the subcompact is a completely different gun.
I have the Px4 9mm full-size. Love it. Very accurate and in over 3,000 rounds very accurate. I've purposely let it go without a cleaning for several range trips to test it's reliability and have never had an issue with various brands of ammo. Cleaning/takedown is very easy (no tools needed or...
Horrible idea

1) Schools are big places with large staffs. The cross fire that might occur during a school invasion (or perceived...
Not sure what I should get next
Sure my collection is not complete but not sure what to get next...
Won't part with:
Beretta Px4 (9mm) - fits my hand like glove.
Springfield 1911 (.45, stainless) - gift, love it.
Savage .308 w/Leupold VX-1 - insanely accurate
CZ 455 (.22lr) - also...
Two thought quickly come to mind:
1) No worries: next to no one is going to download or use this app.
2) System easily foiled by folks simply tagging every home as a gun owning home....then app is useless!
No realistic worry here...if this app is even real.
Ok folks I have an opinion question for you all:
-I have a sweet shooting CZ 455 lux and a very nice shooting Marlin 60. I want to place a scope on one (squirrels and targets). Which would you scope and why?
