I don't know much about the guy, I've heard of him before. Didn't know he was a poker player. All I knew was that he was some sort of rich, playboy who always hangs out with beautiful women and loves shooting guns and he's a big proponent of the 2nd Amendment.
Here he is in the movie...
And this guy can afford a good lawyer. Apparently burglars broke in and stole a few pistols but couldn't get thru the reinforced door. So the cops broke in and took some of his other guns and ammunition.
Hopefully this gets some attention...
Back to the other topics of the OP.
What do you think about the anti's new approach of excessive regulation of gun shops and sueing gunshops and manufacturers?
Not a shock. Now they want to go after ammo. Sound familiar?

Australia Sees Spike in Gun Crime Despite Outright Ban
The anti-gunners have had a good year so far. With courts upholding ridiculously unconstitutional laws such as the SAFE Act in NY and the Conneticut gun laws banning magazines and black rifles they are on a good run.
While they are winning in the courts they have also found two other ways to...

Sounds like the kid heard them through the backdoor and shot and then the perp went to the front door and started shooting through it.
If the kid shot back then that's why...
Here's why the more bullets one has at the time of self-defense is important and luckily there wasn't a triggerlock on the gun without a key.
You'd think that after the initial shots the burglar would have just ran away. Instead this one shot back.
The cops wouldn't have arrived in time and...
Watch a few episodes of 'The First 48'.
So many robberies turn into homocides. I don't doubt that the perpatrators did not initially mean to kill anyone.
But.....look how those turned out. They ended up on the First 48.
Anti's always bring up universal background checks.
Take that completely off the table by saying they wouldn't even apply for a background check because they legally can't own a handgun because of their age.
I like to watch Foxnews, CNN, MSNBC, and ABC news so that I can get most of the lies at once and sort through them for some truth. I will say that Foxnews definitely is the most pro-2nd amendment, pro-cop, and most realistic.
When I see Foxnews anchors, reporters, and contributors they say a...
Problem with this guy is he'll most likely be rightfully convicted and appeal his case and he's a horrible client and he's the test case that will make it to SCOTUS over magazine size limits and we'll lose.
Rarely.
Having a previous robbery conviction in his past doesn't help his case.
I remember one where armed gunmen at a diner took people's belongns and were walking them to the backroom I believe when a CCW'r whipped out a gun and killed them both.
Family of perps said...
Pretty sure this is one of the first CCW shootings in Chicago that made it in the news. Notice they referenced the Michigan Home Depot incident where the female CCW blazed away at shoplifters...
What are you're thoughts on this?
Did they take this case so they can shoot down these guys and this look like they are doing something about 'gun violence'?
