The flare that I do on the case is very small, I do a single reload one at the time I have to check the size of the case mouth when I get home tonight with out crimping it. And see what will be the size of the case mouth.

Thank you all. I have read about loading plated with hard lead bullet data but some people don't recommend it. An some cases you will increase the pressure specially with 700x and Red Dot powder. That's why I will like to find data more trustable data.

The Data I got it from a Hornady book 9 edition and Nosler book the new edition 7th edition.
I use them on a bolt action rifle.
I just don't understand why companies test bullets with the same specs and they get totally diferent results from everyone else in General...

Why is the Hornady55 gr V-Max using powder data from H335 starts at 20.8 gr. Min to 23.2 Max. The Max velocity is at 3100 fps.
On Nosler Varmageddom 55 gr. FB Tipped using the same powder H335 starts at 23.00 gr. min at 2920 fps to 25.00 gr. Max, with a velocity of 3140.

230gr XTP with RedDot 4.5gr Very good grouping at 20 yards I didn't check velocity today but I was happy with the results.

I have been looking in to 5 books that I have, and this is what I came out with.
On the Lyman 9 edition they have data that they have use on 185gr HP with Red Dot they use 3.5 gr. but their's no data for the 230gr.
Example: (185gr. With 700X 3.5gr) on...
I do have my books but none of them mention .45 230gr XTP with Red Dot I believe (titegroup) is very similar then Red dot on Hornady book is
4.3 grain min.
