I have had my 223 for a week. Have not had it out to the range yet, but it IS a beautiful rifle. I rarely shoot my ARs anymore, opting instead for the zen of single loading a bolt gun. I can't wait to get this is out there and run it!! M.

^^this. I use it for ARs and bolt guns. Meters perfectly for me and my accuracy with 55g HP and FMJ rounds is better than I can shoot.

I use Benchmark for 223. Meters perfectly, is a little faster than Varget, and seems to be as accurate as I am. M.

I could be wrong but, I think if the slide were allowed to go back into battery with the trigger pulled would cause the gun to continue to fire, no? I think the slide can only return to battery after the trigger has reset. I will have to check our two glocks and see what happens... Mark.

I was able to pick up 2 pounds of HP-38 today at the Ventura show. They had a limit of 1 pound per person, but the guy was cool and let me buy 2. (Let me?!?) Paid 24.95/pound. Not too bad considering I have seen it on Gun Raper for $45 a pound, or more. It's out there somewhere...
