Looks like you need to ask Pop if he has some more parts for that press. Take a look at the Lee web site, they have a lot of information about their pressed and operation of them.

I don't load 230 much above 800 fps and really here we don't consider 85 to 90 degrees to be hot, just don't leave your ammo baking in the sun. That being said, just don't go above published loading data and you will be fine.

Beveling the edge of the case leaves a sharp edge on the case mouth. Since auto pistols head space on the front edge of the case I like a good flat edge on the case. If anything, I just lightly de-burr the inside of the case.

The first cartridge that I reloaded was 243 Winchester. In 1963 I purchased a Remington 700 .243 W, along with a 4X Redfield scope and mounts and a box of ammo. As I remember the total price was $134.
