I had the same problem with the Target Grips on my 24-3, cut too high so the trigger guard banged my finger every time. Altamont grips fixed that problem for me.

Wow, that’s awful. I’m sure every gun owner in California, Colorado, Michigan and Washington has gotten rid of their firearms so they can smoke pot without breaking the law.

Thanks for the suggestion. I took a look and they have Speer Gold Dot ammunition in several calibers but none in 38 Special or 357. Must just be a hole in the Speer catalog.

Right on the back of my North Carolina concealed carry card it states it is “unlawful to fail to disclose to any law enforcement officer that you are carrying a concealed handgun”. It’s only come up once and I did as directed. To honest, I’m glad I did because the officer kind of did a little...

Thanks for the link but I don’t see any listings for the 135 Gold Dots. I suspect that most of the people in this thread suggesting them stocked up before Speer quit making them.

A number of posts have mentioned the Speer 135 GDHP. Does anyone have a source for them? I’m down to about 40 rounds and am hoarding but I’d like to stock up a little. Either that or switch to something that might be comparable if anything is available.

I don’t see what lawyers getting disbarred has to do with this. It’s the legislators of Alabama, California, New York and other states that are ignoring the rulings, not specific lawyers.

Now that the Alabama Legislature has joined the Liberal states in ignoring Supreme Court rulings, isn’t this going to just turn into a free for all? Does the Supreme Court have any way to enforce it’s rulings?

Actually, it is illegal. Handguns across state lines are FFL to FFL. Not just limited to Florida.

The consensus here seems to be that NICS checks will be done so the Sheriffs permit doesn’t matter. That’s true if purchasing from a dealer but not for private sales. Now there will be no check of any kind for handguns purchased from non-dealers.
